Wiltshire Staysharp Triple Rivet 15cm Santoku Knife

Why you'll love me...

Another of our multi-purpose knives, the Staysharp Santoku Knife is a great all-rounder. The Japanese word "santoku” means “three uses” - slicing, dicing and mincing – which is what this Japanese-style knife does so well. The hollows in the blade edge create air pockets to help reduce food clinging to the knife, making it perfect for all sorts of cutting tasks. Thanks to the clever self-sharpening system of Staysharp you can ensure no more blunt knives. Simply insert and withdraw the knife from the scabbard for a sharp knife every time. Like all Wiltshire knives, it’s made from superior quality stainless steel so it’s rust-resistant. Quick. Easy. Sharp. Multi-functional. What’s not to love?

Usage and Care

Let's face it. Good knife care makes lighter work of kitchen chores, and we're all for that! Dishwashers may be a godsend for everything else, but not your knives because detergent can cause corrosion and blunt your knives. It is best to hand wash with a soft cloth and dry immediately. Remove stains with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and wash well before use. Always keep your Staysharp knife inside its scabbard.
