Once recorded in our system, this account assists with tracking purchases for quoting and re-ordering purposes.

Credit Account
Upon completion of this form, your application will be considered for a Credit Account. In the meantime, a Non-Credit Account will be activated to support quoting and tracking of purchases.
You will be notified of your account number via email.
Important: In addition to submitting this form, you are required to read and sign the 'Essential Utensil Albury – Terms & Conditions of Trade'.
If a Credit Account is issued:
Payment terms are strictly net 30 days. Accounts exceeding 45 days from invoice will be placed on automatic hold and collection fees will apply as per Section 12 of the Terms & Conditions of Trade.
