Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
Prior to use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
The dark coating on the pan has the ability to transfer heat for even browning and heating. Follow the recipe instructions for time and tempreture but check at the shortest baking time specified.
We recommend greasing & flouring the pan according to your recipe. Cooking sprays are not recommended for use with non stick bakeware since the spray may leave a residue on the pan after washing.
Do not use metal utensils as they may damage the surface.
Do not overheat an empty non-stick pan or leave unattended in the oven. Suitable for oven temperatures up to 200°C. Oven use only. Not microwave safe. Never place your bakeware on the stove top or allow direct contact with flame. Always allow bakeware to cool before cleaning.
The non-stick finish cleans up quickly and easily in hot soapy water. Rinse and wipe dry. Never use abrasives as this may harm your pan. If you wash your bakeware in the dishwasher, your pan may not dry completely - wipe with a soft cloth at the end of the cycle.
