The 3L sits in the sweet spot for everyday mixing. Big enough to handle a bread dough, a pavlova, a generous trifle, or a salad for six, but not so big it becomes awkward to lift, store, or wash. If you're only buying one bowl from the Baking Traditions range, this is the one most home cooks will reach for the most often.
Stoneware is the right material for serious mixing. The weight keeps the bowl planted on the bench while you whisk, beat, or knead, with no skidding around the way a stainless steel bowl tends to. The thick walls also hold temperature well, which makes the bowl useful for proving bread dough — the stoneware warms with the room and helps the yeast along.
The finish is the same raised floral pattern and soft vanilla glaze across the rest of the Baking Traditions range, which means it sits naturally alongside the other bowls and the batter jug if you're collecting the set. At 26.5cm across, it's also generous enough to bring straight to the table for serving — a pasta bowl, a salad bowl, or a fruit bowl on the bench.
Microwave safe and dishwasher safe. PFAS-free with no synthetic coatings.
