Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Tip: Wash your vegetable before putting it in the bowl. For best dicing result, slice your veggies in smaller portions and use crunchy vegetables like capsicum, carrots, onions, garlic, etc.

Usage & care
Ensure that the blades are secured in the middle - watch out for the super sharp blades!
Align the lid (with the pull lever) to the blade shaft inside. Adjust the lid and turn clockwise to lock.
Keep the chopper on a sturdy surface and hold the body so the anti-slip base helps secure the chopper.
Pull the grey lever on the lid and see the blade rotate inside - this is when the magic chopping and dicing happens!
Keep pulling the grey lever, depending on how finely chopped you want your veggies.
For more free time, our vegetable chopper is dishwasher safe. For that extra sparkle, we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly.
