Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
The set comes with 12 100ml glass jars. To fill, simply unscrew the lid and pour your spices or herbs into the jar.
Apply a label to the jar for easy reference.
We recommend to clean the glass jars and lids before the first use.
Always let jars and lids dry thoroughly before reusing them.
The jars are dishwasher safe.
To clean the stand, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
