The Ken Hom Excellence Carbon Steel Wok (32cm) is made for authentic, high-heat stir-fry cooking. Built from 1.8mm heavy-gauge carbon steel, this is a traditional seasoning wok — meaning it has no non-stick coating. Instead, the wok naturally develops its own non-stick surface over time, improving with every use.
Designed to withstand the intense heat that real stir-fry requires, it features a comfortable beechwood handle with a hanging loop, plus a helper handle for control when tossing food over high heat.
