Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

For more free time, your Wiltshire Silicone Tongs are dishwasher safe. For that extra sparkle, we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Push the locking mechanism to open the handles of the tongs. Squeeze handles and pull the locking mechanism to close and lock.
