Usage & care

• Your Wiltshire Kitchen Gadget is dishwasher safe.
• Use the regular peeler for ribbons and the julienne blade for thinly stripped vegetables. The mandoline slicer will create thinly sliced potatoes. Clip the safety guard to your vegetable when slicing, to protect your fingers from the blades.
• Store the straight peeler at the top. The julienne and slicer are designed to be stored underneath the gadget where it is labelled.
