Seasoning

Wash with hot water, dish soap, and a steel scrubber to remove protective coating.

Dry thoroughly over low heat.

Heat wok on high — when droplets evaporate instantly, it’s ready.

Add oil and swirl to coat.

Rinse with hot water (no soap).

Dry and lightly oil to seal the surface.
After each use: hand wash, dry fully, wipe lightly with oil to prevent rust.
