Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.

Usage & care
For more free time, your Wiltshire tongs are dishwasher safe. For that extra sparkle, we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Push the locking mechanism to open the handles of the tongs. Squeeze handles and pull the locking mechanism to close and lock.
