Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Do not use mugs in an oven or freezer.
Do not bump against another hard surface to avoid chipping and damaging the product.
For best results, clean mugs with a mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. Do not use steel wool or coarse scouring pads/powders.
