Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
For best results, the enamel finish cleans up quickly and easily in hot soapy water with a cloth or sponge.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry.
Never use abrasives as this may harm your pan.
If you wash your Enamel in the dishwasher, your pan may not dry completely – wipe with a soft cloth.
