The Ken Hom Excellence Carbon Steel Wok (36cm) is built for serious stir-fry performance. Made from 1.8mm heavy-gauge carbon steel, this traditional seasoning wok has no coating — it naturally becomes non-stick over time as the patina develops.
The larger 36cm diameter gives you the space and power needed for high-volume cooking — perfect for families, entertaining, or anyone who wants enough room to toss food without overcrowding the wok. A beechwood handle and helper side handle give full control when working over high heat.
