Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
Always store your salt & pepper mills in a dry place. Avoid using above a steaming pot. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
To insert batteries, remove black outer housing and insert 6x AAA batteries in the direction indicated.
To fill your Wiltshire Electric Dual Mill simply unlock the body by twisting from the locked to unlocked position. Remove black outer housing and fill salt in the right hole, pepper in the left (Wiltshire logo to be facing you). For best results, fill each side 3/4 full.
To adjust the grind, gently turn the black knob underneath the mill. Turn clockwise for a fine grind or counter clockwise for a coarse grind. Don't force the turning knobs too far in the clockwise direction as this may damage your mill.
