Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
For that extra sparkle, we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly.
To use:
Use the pointed edge of the pitter to cut through from the top of the avocado and around the avocado.
Hack the pointed edge to the pit, lift up on an angle, and pull the pit out. Discard the pit.
Scoop out the avocado.
Transfer the avocado to a bowl and mash using the slotted section of the Avocado Tool.
