Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
For more free time, your Wiltshire Avocado Tool is dishwasher safe. For that extra sparkle, we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
To use:
Unfold the knife and slice through and around your avocado.
Remove the pit by lifting it up on an angle using the bottom part of the avocado tool. Pull the pit out and discard.
Scoop out the avocado.
Transfer the avocado into a bowl, using the masher, smash your avocado to your desired consistency. It can be as chunky or smooth as you like.
