Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage and Care
Glassware is fragile and may crack or shatter with sudden temperature change or impact.
Do not place hot glassware directly into cold water or on a cold or wet surface. Allow hot glassware to cool before adding liquid to it, washing, refrigerating or freezing it.
Always handle hot glassware with care as contact can result in personal injury and/or damage to other products and surfaces.
