Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
Easy open and fold; to open, hold the top handle, pull string locking the pin in to place. To fold down, simply pull the pin from the inside of the cover to release.
Spot clean the netting with warm soapy water. Wipe the umbrella frame and air dry.
