Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

For more free time, your Wiltshire Kitchen Gadget is dishwasher safe. For that extra sparkle we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly.
To use, unlock the end of the handles to open. Put the cylinder inside the bag you wish to seal, and place the edge of the bag at the front tip of the cylinder. Close both handles and lock at the end of the handles again. Open the pourer at the top to pour.
