Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
Cooking with heat requires attention & care. Please refer to these safety instructions to ensure a long life of lovely meals from your Wiltshire cookware.
Before first use, remove packaging and wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Always use a burner the same diameter or smaller than the base of the cookware, particularly on gas cooktops. This is the most energy efficient.
Use low to medium heat when cooking to maintain even heating and reduce energy use.
Do not allow cookware to boil dry and never leave empty cookware on a hot burner.
Handles or knobs (including if indicated as ‘Stay-Cool’), can become hot if cookware is used on too high a heat for prolonged periods or the burner is too large for the pan, particularly on gas cooktops.
Never put cold water into a hot pan or a hot pan into water as it may result in warping of the pan bottom.
Lift cookware off cooktops. Never slide the cookware, particularly on glass cooktops, as this may mark or damage the cooktop surface.
Not for use in oven, microwave, BBQ or directly over an open flame (such as a campfire or fireplace). Suitable for use on gas cooktops.
