Seasoning

1. Wash with hot water, dish soap, and a steel scrubber to remove protective coating.

2. Dry thoroughly over low heat.

3. Heat wok on high — when droplets evaporate instantly, it’s ready.

4. Add oil and swirl to coat.

5. Rinse with hot water (no soap).

6. Dry and lightly oil to seal the surface.

After each use: hand wash, dry fully, wipe lightly with oil to prevent rust.
