Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
To maintain your board lightly brush with vegetable oil from time to time. Do not leave soaking in water.
For optimal use, place a damp cloth underneath your board for extra stability.
For that extra sparkle we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly.
