Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
Before using enamel for the first time, wash and wipe with a soft cloth.
Do not use metal utensils with enamelware as it may damage the surface.
To protect the enamel coating, never cut on your enamelware.
Do not use in oven temperatures in excess of 240°C.
Do not plunge hot tray into cold water immediately after use.
