Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Usage & care
For best results, wash your pan in warm soapy water with a cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry.
Never use abrasives as this may harm your pan.
Do not use metal utensils as they may damage the pans surface.
When baking, grease the inside of the pan or line with baking paper.
Do not overheat an empty pan or leave unattended in the oven (especially at high settings).
Not suitable for oven temperatures in excess of 230°C. Oven use only.
Never place your bakeware on the stove top or allow direct contact with flame.
