Usage & care

• Knives Step 1 Coarse: Restores a sharp edge. Run the blade through heel to tip 5 times.
• Knives Step 2 Fine: Polishes for a razor-sharp finish. Run the blade through heel to tip 3–5 times.
• Scissors: Insert open scissors, close onto the rod and pull through.
• Wipe blades clean before use.
• To clean, wipe sharpener with a damp cloth and allow to dry before storing.
