• Step 1 Prep: Realigns knife blade in readiness for sharpening. Run the knife blade through slot from heel to tip, repeat 3 times.
• Step 2 Sharpen: Adds a fine edge to the knife blade. Run the knife blade through slot from heel to tip, repeat 5 times.
