About the role

We’re looking for reliable and friendly people to join our Albury store as Casual Retail & Product Assistants. You'll be working on the retail floor — helping customers find the right products while also supporting stock replenishment, store displays, and online pickups.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys retail, takes pride in their work, and communicates well with both customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, professional customer service on the sales floor

• Answer customer questions and recommend suitable products

• Restock and organise displays to a high standard

• Process sales, returns, and online pickups

• Help keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented

• No retail experience required — training provided

• Honest, reliable, and proactive attitude

• Confidence in communicating with customers

• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative

• Interest in high-quality kitchenware is a bonus
