About the role

We’re looking for a capable and detail-oriented team member to support our warehouse and online store operations. This is a flexible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety — from packing orders to updating product info and assisting with basic admin or marketing (if suited).

Your exact responsibilities will grow based on your abilities and interest.


Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders

  • Receive deliveries and mark off incoming stock

  • Restock and organise warehouse or shopfloor areas

  • Respond to basic customer enquiries via email or phone

  • Assist with product updates, system admin, or marketing support (optional)


What we’re looking for

  • No specific experience required — we’ll train the right person

  • Reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable with tech

  • Willing to work across physical and computer-based tasks

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
