Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Zoku's complete meal prep and lunch storage set — five leak-proof containers with matching lids in graduated sizes, plus a freezer cooling element that clips into the three larger containers to keep food cold on the go. Containers nest together for compact storage when empty and stack flat in the fridge or pantry when full. Colour-coded bands on each container make it easy to grab the right size out of the drawer.
The cooling element fits the 700ml, 1L and 1.5L containers but is too big for the two 350ml ones — so you can pack a full lunch (salad and soup, or a main and a side) and keep it cold without separate ice bricks.
