Inspired by the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship, the Zassenhaus Berlin Mill blends classic design with modern precision. Each mill features Zassenhaus’s patented ceramic grinding mechanism — harder than steel, resistant to wear and corrosion, and fully adjustable to your preferred grind.
From extra-fine to coarse, the six-step adjustment system ensures consistent results whether you’re grinding pepper, salt, or spices like coriander and chili. The contoured beechwood body sits comfortably in hand, while the precise grind setting remains intact even after refilling.
Built in Germany and backed by a 25-year guarantee, the Berlin Mill embodies Zassenhaus’s heritage of quality and performance.
