The Classic line that built Wusthof's reputation, finished here in four food-inspired colours — Coral Peach paring, Purple Yam serrated utility, Pink Himalayan Salt chef's, Wild Blueberry santoku. Same precision-forged blades, same Solingen craftsmanship, same lifetime warranty as the standard Classic. The colour is the only thing that changes.
Each knife is fully forged from a single piece of Wusthof's chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, hardened to 58 HRC and finished with Precision Edge Technology for exceptional out-of-box sharpness. Triple-riveted handles, full tang, full bolster with finger guard — the construction that's made the Classic range a benchmark for forty years. The block itself is oiled ash with six slots, four filled and two left open so you can add a sharpening steel, kitchen shears, or another favourite as your kit grows.
A statement piece that earns its place on the bench through performance, not just colour.
