A traditional Spanish enamel frypan from the makers of La Valenciana paella pans in Valencia. It is made from cold-rolled steel with an acid-resistant enamel coating, so it shrugs off tomato, wine and citrus and won’t rust while the enamel is intact. The flat 24cm base and long handle make it a handy everyday pan for frying eggs, searing and sautéing for one or two, and it goes straight from the flame into the oven.
There’s no seasoning to do and no fuss to look after it. Just wash it in warm soapy water, dry it and it’s ready for next time.

Care: before first use, remove any stickers, then wash in warm soapy water and dry. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils, because a hard knock with metal can chip the enamel and any exposed steel can rust.
