Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Dishwasher safe
The Tramontina double wall glass cups are dishwasher safe but NOT microwave safe.
Care Instructions
As any other glass ware, caution must be taken when handling the product as well as stirring the content inside. In order to avoid breaking and cracking, always use a plastic, silicone or wooden spoon. When making an ice coffee or any other drink that requires ice, place the drink in the cup first and add the ice afterwards to avoid the ice to crack the glass bottom.
