Flex-Core is Tovolo's patented answer to the two things a spatula has to do at once. A reinforced nylon core runs through the head, so it is stiff enough to push through a thick dough, while the silicone edges stay flexible enough to scrape a bowl properly clean. The edge tapers to a point and the head has one square corner and one rounded, which between them reach every part of a bowl or a jar. Safe to 315C, so it can sit in a hot pan without melting, and soft enough that it will not mark non-stick or cast iron.
