The more hygienic way to get accurate temperature readings - in an instant. Read the temperature of liquids and hot cooking surfaces without having to touch them. Taylor's Pro laser cooking thermometer uses infrared technology to measure temperatures, and reduce the risk of cross food contamination. It also reduces the risk of burns and scalds. You can make sure pans, woks and griddles are hot enough for searing, frying or sautéing - without having to get your hands anywhere near them. The infrared thermometer is ideal for liquid recipes where temperature is absolutely key, such as soups, sauces, syrups, melted chocolate or caramel. Squeeze its trigger and it'll instantly provide a reading, from -45°C to 400°C (-49°F to 752°F). Includes a five-year guarantee.
