Takumi Solo Series 12cm Utility Knife

With a 12cm blade, the Utility Knife falls between the Chef's Knife and Paring Knife. The long, gradual taper to the point makes this knife best for tasks that require precision and attention to detail. Much like the paring knife, this knife's small size makes it a good knife for peeling fruits and vegetables. Forged from 67 layers of folded Japanese steel, this knife has a full tang and a carefully balanced weight that makes it fit the palm of the hand comfortably.
