Like all chef’s knives, the Shironezu Chef's knife is an all-purpose blade ideal for a wide variety of cutting tasks. The knife is perfect for slicing, dicing, and chopping small to medium-sized fruits, vegetables, and other foods.
The Seki Magoroku Shironezu knives have a slim blade that is compact and easy to work with. The convexed rib line helps reduce friction so the blade glides through food easily. The line is only on one side, not for left-handed users.
The handle is compact and easy to hold. Dishwasher safe.
