Care Instructions
To preserve the edge, use a soft cutting surface such as wood or plastic. Regularly hone with a Scanpan Diamond Sharpening Steel. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing and immediate drying are recommended to maintain longevity. Store safely in a knife block or on a magnetic rack.
