The Scanpan Elektra Small Roasting Tray is designed for crisp, controlled roasting. Its shallow depth encourages better heat exposure and airflow, making it ideal for vegetables, tray bakes, smaller proteins and oven-to-table serving.

Constructed with a 2.8mm triple-layer clad stainless steel body, it combines stainless steel and aluminium to deliver fast, even heat distribution across the entire surface. Responsive and warp resistant, it performs reliably under high heat without developing hot spots.

Compatible with all cooktops including induction and oven safe up to 250°C, this tray moves effortlessly from stovetop to oven. Durable stainless steel construction ensures long-term performance and easy maintenance.
