The Scanpan Elektra Medium Roasting Tray is built for generous tray bakes, family-sized vegetable roasts and everyday oven cooking. Its shallow design promotes excellent heat exposure and airflow, helping achieve crisp edges and even browning across the entire surface.

Constructed with a 2.8mm triple-layer clad stainless steel body, it combines stainless steel and aluminium for fast, even heat distribution with no hot spots. Responsive, warp resistant and built for high temperatures, it delivers consistent results batch after batch.

Compatible with all cooktops including induction and oven safe up to 250°C, it transitions seamlessly from stovetop to oven. The durable stainless steel construction is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
