Crafted with a 2.8mm triple-layer clad stainless steel body, it combines stainless steel and aluminium for exceptional heat distribution and retention. Heat spreads evenly across the entire surface, delivering consistent browning, reliable caramelisation and controlled roasting without hot spots.
