Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
The Rhino Coffee Gear 58.5mm flat tamper is a 'handle-less' tamper making it easier on the wrists. Designed with a two step locking system, it is easily adjustable to allow the user to set and tamp to the desired depth every time.
Adjusting the depth:
Loosen the top section by turning to the left (counter-clockwise).
Use the bottom black adjustment ring to set the desired depth.
Tighten the top section back down until tight by turning to the right (clockwise).
