Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

'Bravura' is designed by The Robin Levien Studio of UK featuring an elegant assortment of pieces which are universally functional.
'Fedra' was designed by RAK Porcelain's inhouse design team and consists of a comprehensive spectra of shapes. What is common to all three ranges is their sublime shapes and dazzling translucency at the same time a product which is light, but sturdy for the rigors of hospitality.
These ranges are manufactured using certified natural mineral powders making them light weight and highly translucent in radiant ivory which is ethereal.
