The hybrid construction is the difference. A tri-ply body of stainless steel, aluminium core, and stainless steel base heats quickly and evenly across the whole pan including up the sides. A stainless steel honeycomb grid sits over a PPG Fusion Pro ceramic non-stick coating, protecting the surface from scratches and metal utensils while still delivering the easy release of a non-stick. You get the searing performance of stainless steel and the cleanup of ceramic non-stick in every pan in the set.
Free from PFOA, PFAS, cadmium, and lead. All three pans are compatible with every cooktop including induction. Tempered glass lids are included on each.
