How to cook the perfect Pan Seared Prawns using the Pyrolux Pyrocast Prawn Grill Tray:
- You can either peel and de-vein the prawns, leaving the tails on, or use the whole prawn.
- Heat the prawn tray over high heat on the grill.
- In a small jug, mix melted butter and garlic.
- Pour a small amount of the mixture into each well and allow to heat up until gently smoking.
- With tongs, place a prawn in each of the 20 wells and cook for 1-2 minutes or until cooked.
