Pyrolux Pyrocast Burger Press 16 x 16cm

Cast iron heavy enough to do the work for you. Heat the press on the grill alongside the pan, then bring it down on a loose ball of mince for ten to fifteen seconds and you get the crust a smash burger is supposed to have.

The raised outer rim keeps the edges even and stops splatter going everywhere. Press once, then leave it alone and let the crust form.

• Heavy cast iron applies even pressure without effort
• Outer rim keeps patty edges uniform and contains splatter
• Pre-seasoned with oil to prevent rusting
• Heat the press before use for a better crust and less sticking
• Suits barbecues, griddles and pans, indoors or out
• Wipe clean and re-oil lightly after use
