This Food Service filter is 1 Micron SPP Nominal rated.
It has 222 Double o-rings at the top of the filter. Used in Food & Beverage production and will only fit matching filter housings.
Nominal filters are used as a first stage to remove heavy sediment to protect Absolute rated filters from clogging up too quickly.
Absolute rated filtration means the filtration is close to 100% retention. Nominal rated filtration describes the filter media to retain a majority of the particles - so anywhere from 60-98% retention.
