Effortlessly prep your favorite cuts of meat with the OXO Good Grips Meat Tenderizer. This two-sided mallet lets you pound chicken flat for faster cooking or tenderize that flank steak for melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The pyramid-shaped teeth are perfect for breaking down tougher fibers to tenderize proteins and prepare them for marinating. The smooth side makes short work of flattening meats to a uniform thickness for even cooking. The angle and weight of the head are designed to maximize force without tiring you out. The soft handle fits comfortably in your hand while you work, while its non-slip grip provides traction even when wet. When you're done cooking, pop it in the dishwasher to clean and sanitize — it's dishwasher safe.
