Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Hand wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher. Wash with warm water and mild detergent and dry immediately. Store in a dry place and sharpen using a quality whetstone to maintain the edge.
